We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to lease space in The Whitestone Building, located at 607 W Main Street in Louisville. At this point, we have potential spaces that fit your needs.
Currently, The Whitestone Building houses an architectural firm along with two suites of corporate offices. We have opened a cafe (Atlantic No. 5) and are in the process of completing build outs for three additional tenants. The lobbies and common areas throughout the building are undergoing sleek and modern renovations (again, please see attachments), and we are excited to complete the polished and professional spaces in the near future.
As hundreds of other tenants have found, we strive to conduct each day’s business with the utmost integrity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on lightning fast response to maintenance calls, fair and reasonable negotiation, and excellent communication.
